From Memorial Day to Labor Day, Bridge Gardens will offer additional days and hours: Wednesdays and Thursdays from Noon to 5:00 pm and Fridays from Noon to dusk. Daily Admission: $10 for adults; $20 for a family.

This week's "Fridays at Six" guests are the Charles Certain Trio, performing live jazz. Bring your picnic, your friends and your blanket and enjoy a relaxing start to your weekend. On Friday, August 13, the concert at the historic Old Whalers Church located at 44 Union Street in Sag Harbor, NY at 7 p.m., will feature our Chamber Music Workshop faculty, including Paul Katz, Merry Peckham, Itzhak Perlman, Roger Tapping, Don Weilerstein, and Vivian Hornik Weilerstein, as well as all of the students of the Chamber Music Workshop. On Saturday, August 14, the concert will be held at the Jewish Center of the Hamptons in East Hampton, NY at 8 p.m.

In this quickly moving world of technology, children’s museums give families an opportunity to slow down and actively share in their children’s growth. These wonderful places of discovery are designed to provide interactive experiences that foster curiosity in children and create a lifelong love of selfdirected learning. Interactive exhibits will be both permanent and rotating. The permanent exhibit will focus on what makes the East End a special place, with an emphasis on the people and living creatures that inhabit it. Themes include agriculture, fishing, world celebrations, and community. In addition to the indoor activities, visitors will be encouraged to explore outdoor exhibits, mazes and gardens.
