Sun 2/28 Three Symphonies by Gustav Mahler 2:00 pm Free The Musical, Philosophical and Spiritual Aspects of Three Symphonies by Gustav Mahler. As an extension of last year's "Introduction to Mahler and Turn-of-the-Century Vienna" series, Professor Prentiss Dunn is offering a deeper consideration of the musical and philosophical/spiritual aspects of Gustav Mahler's symphonies two, five and nine. Each lecture will cover one symphony and will be accompanied by selected video segments.
