A Commitment to Excellence The only thing better than owning a one of a kind Millennium is designing and building your very own! Our passion is to inspire you, see your vision, capture it, and then turn it all into reality. We enjoy having our owners involved in all stages of building their coach; from choosing the floor plan, selecting the interior fabrics, and picking out the perfect wood veneers, right down to even designing the beautiful handmade hardware and accents. New challenges, no matter how simple or complex, are welcomed. We want your new coach to be perfect for you. If you can dream it, we can do it. Although it can be daunting with all of the choices available, there’s a designer in all of us just waiting to get out! Designing your new “home away from home” should be as much fun for you as it is for us. Our team of designers are experts, not only in design, but highly skilled at carefully guiding you through the process, and most importantly, keeping it fun and enjoyable. They’ve even been known to do a little marriage counseling at the design table! The essential ingredient for a custom design is to find what works for you. Whether it’s getting the interior colors just right or personalizing the space for your

unique individual needs, the end result will be a new coach perfectly tailored to fit your lifestyle. We recently completed a custom 2012 Millennium H-3 45 for Larry & Terri Jones. Terri explained, “The design part was a little intimidating especially because there was so much to choose from. I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but the design team made it all so easy. We even gave them a few challenges, some really custom things we wanted to add. Not once did they say it couldn’t be done! Now we have everything we want in our new coach and wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you!” Many of you followed along on our website as we blogged weekly about “Keeping up with the Jones’s.” With weekly photos and updates, it was the perfect way to see a Millennium come together from start to finish. We embrace smart design that incorporates more storage and creates functional living space. We’re currently building a custom coach that incorporates a “kitty suite.” Accessible from behind the passenger seat, the pet play area and sleeping quarters are built into the first storage bay. The climate controlled space allows the kitties to travel in style and comfort! For those who don’t want to start from scratch, we can do a little nip and tuck! Millennium has the largest remodel center in the industry, offering everything from simple technical updates to complete renovations.

“We offer the same level of service whether you’re designing a new coach or a new bedspread”, says Evelyn Figueroa, who, along with husband Nelson, owns and operates Millennium. “At the end of the day every client wants that personalized attention to detail and we want to get it right every time.” Imagine falling in love with your coach all over again. That is exactly what happened to Frank & Edda when they entered their newly remodeled coach. “It was beyond our expectations” Edda exclaimed. “It looks so beautiful. When we met Evelyn & Nelson we knew right away we wanted Millennium to remodel our coach. I was so confident with their work that I turned all of the decisions over to them and their team. I saw the beautiful coaches that they build and I trusted their decisions. I don’t regret it, I am very happy with my coach!” Our trade secret is simple; use quality materials, offer friendly reliable service with a smile, and offer the assurance and peace of mind that we’ll always do our best to do the right thing. And hopefully reach our goal….to exceed our customers’ expectations! Not only do we build beautiful luxury coaches, ultimately we build strong relationships and lasting trust. Thanks for taking us a long for the ride!a

“Our Finicky-est Friends!”

From the East Coast to West, Gil and Juanita travel in their own personal “Ritz Carlton” making many friends along the way. Hometown(s): Gil hails from Tylertown, Mississippi and Juanita is from Tulsa, Oklahoma, but for the past 15 years they’ve called Florida home. Gil is an avid golfer and Juanita enjoys cooking and staying connected on the internet. They have 4 children and 3 grandchildren who live in Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma. Juanita & Gil

How long have you been RVing? Gil and Juanita are former boaters who became intrigued by the RV lifestyle. They went to the 2005 Tampa RV Supershow to look at coaches with no intentions on making a purchase. At least not until they saw the Millennium show coach and fell in love. “It was beautiful!” said Juanita. The couple gave it a test drive and because it was such a wonderful ride, they decided to buy it on the spot. “We really loved the beautiful décor, but now we’ve come to love all the electronics and technology too. Our Millennium makes us feel like celebrities!” What do you like about RVing? Gil said it best, “Staying in your own coach is like having your very own Ritz Carlton every where you go! Plus you don’t have to pack and unpack all your things. We also love the fact that we meet so many new friends and get to see our old friends wherever we go.” Where are some of your favorite places to go? “We have a lot in Pelican Lake RV Resort in Florida and also one at the Tiger Run RV Resort in Colorado. They are both beautiful resorts and we do a lot of traveling back and forth to each. We love visiting our families and tailgating at the LSU games (GO TEAM!!). And while in Louisiana, we’re always sure to head over to the Seafood Festival, we really enjoy good seafood!” “The best trip that comes to mind,” recalls Juanita, “would have to be right after we purchased our Millennium. We were on the road for 3 months. We left Florida and headed to Colorado, Utah, Oregon, up to Washington and then over to Idaho and North Dakota. We are so fortunate to get to travel and see so much of this beautiful country we live in.” Who does the driving and who likes to direct? Gil says he does the driving! “Juanita does not like to be behind the wheel and that’s why I do all the driving.” He does admit that Juanita waits on him hand and foot and she is always on the computer plotting the routes as they travel. Most memorable RV’ing experience? “Well there was the time in Colorado when Gil discovered you really do have to have water in your tanks to get the toilet to flush, of course that was early on! But the best would have to be the time we took a wrong turn on the way to a LSU game and had to turn our coach around in the front yard of an old antebellum home! We still made it the game in time for kick-off…. minus a few sprinkler heads!” (We’ve all been there Gil!) If you haven’t met Gil and Juanita yet, just head to where there’s nice weather, great people, and a good strong internet connection for Juanita. You’ll likely find them there hanging out and shootin’ the breeze!

Buddy

Hi, I’m Buddy! I live in Jackson, Ohio with my parents Phillip and Dorothy. I like my home in Ohio because I have a real cool best friend I hang out with named Shelby. Shelby is an Australian Shepard and I love his Australian accent when he barks at me. My friend and I like to play catch with each other every chance we get. My parents and I don’t stay in Ohio when winter comes though. It snows and makes my feet cold and my mom has to put my winter jacket on me. So we head to Naples, Florida where it’s much warmer. My Dad is the best! He takes us to new and exciting places like Florida or Michigan where a lot of my friends and future friends go. I know they’ve been there because I can smell them! I’m excited when we go on the road because we get to ride in style in our beautiful Millennium luxury coach. I just love the big front windows so I can see all the action as I sit in the most comfortable, cozy spot…my mom’s lap! And I smell everything! And I have my very own bed in our Millennium where I can sleep with all my toys, especially my favorite toy “skinny dead chicken.” Florida is fun because I get to take long walks with my Dad and his friend Bev. After which I take a long nap, Ahhhhh! I sure have the best life; a best friend, the best parents and the BESTEST way to get around the country….in our Millennium home!! I’m a Lucky Dog!
