The above Annual Report includes $744.00 of 2015 Membership dues that were collected and deposited before our fiscal year end. If we do not consider that as income for 2014 our net losses are $2334.21 due to fewer dues-paying members, fewer conference attendees and increasing expenses. Our income compared to 2012/13 is down $1,000, and our expenses are down $600.00. We need to thank the Growing with Master Gardeners team as they did not purchase merchandise to sell for the conference this year, but rather sold the merchandise that we had in storage. Financially, we have sufficient money in Flagstar to fund our scholarships, grants and gardening programs for the next year. We owe a big Thank You to the Growing with Master Gardeners team lead by Marion Harris and the Let’s Go Gardening volunteers lead by LeRoy Wolff. These activities are our two sources of income besides membership. We need to continue to give them our support.
