Disgrace Dominic Coia
Tempted by sleep Driven by desire With pain they weep Make it spread, wild fire Day in, day out Several years passed Our flag, we mount Never comes in last Victorious, as we always have been Fighting for freedom, that;s not really free Some wounds unable to mend One life, too great a fee Glorious return To a home no longer It has burned By a flame, stronger Homeless, poor, medically ill Saviors of life and freedom Yet the country remains, disappointingly still As our heroes suffer Disgrace.
