The Mattress Factory is located just minutes from downtown Pittsburgh in the city’s historic North Side. The museum is a unique space for private events such as corporate receptions, meetings, dinners; wedding ceremonies and receptions; tours and luncheons; and formal parties. Our flexible rental program allows you to choose from our list of preferred vendors, and the museum’s open industrial interior can be decorated to fit any occasion.

ENTIRE MUSEUM RENTAL 100 seated dinner; 150 buffet; 300 cocktail reception Lovely site includes access to Winifred Lutz Garden, lobby, café, patio, pavilion and galleries.
LOBBY, GARDEN, CAFE, AND PATIO RENTALS 300; perfect for cocktail/hors d’oeuvres affairs.
CAFE AND PATIO RENTAL 50; ideal for smaller, more intimate gatherings such as bridal or baby showers, workshops, etc.
CONFERENCE ROOM 40; spacious light-filled conference room with access to small kitchenette, private restroom, wireless internet, limited AV equipment SMART boards.

DAYS & HOURS OF AVAILABILITY Special events held at the Mattress Factory may be scheduled during times when the museum is closed to the public. Available hours are as follows: Monday - Saturday 6PM - 11PM Sunday 8AM -12PM and from 6PM - 11PM
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS Dates for special events are reserved upon signing of rental agreement and deposit of one half of the total rental fee. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable. Balance is due one week prior to event.
FEES Rental fee includes gallery attendants, one security officer, and an on-site supervisor. Free limited parking is available in our private secured lot.
