Once again we will have a crazy summer. Some say that the high temperatures will play hard to get and others, simply, that we will not have good weather. No matter, we will adapt to whatever comes because with albums and concerts such as those from Crystal Fighters we will lengthen the summer until late September. The perfect time to give time for the songs to become hits of all summer parties. These guys know very well what they do. They sow very slowly in order to make their album grow and so they can pick up the rewards filling venues to see them live. The expectation created by critics and audience, who have been waiting a long time for the reply to their singles and that wonderful debut album "Star Of Love" (2010), is so large that there have been soldout in their tours long before the album was on sale. Just read some of the literature on "Cave Rave" to realize that music critics do not agree: for some it is a great album while for others it is a good one but not on the high level of the first. Nor they share their tastes for the hits, a few stand out songs like "Wave" and "Separator" but for others there is nothing comparable to "LA Calling" and "Bridge of Bones". But all these varied opinions diluted if we appreciate it live, in a concert by Crystal Fighters all songs sound brutal, the show is guaranteed. Never mind that the sun is not shining or that there are not high temperatures because their live transmits beach, heat, travel, magic nights and lot of party ...
the ingredients that we want in any summer of our lives! In August they will continue their tour throughout Europe and will visit Sweden, Slovakia, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany and some big British festivals such as Reading and Leeds. The most special concert will be the 29th when they will play in a cave in the countryside near Pamplona. It will be a real "Cave Rave". In September they will be in Spain but also in Ireland and will play at the "Isle of Wight" festival. In our country they will play on 5th in the Capitol in Santiago de Compostela with SON Estrella Galicia (sold-out), the 6th in San Sebastian, the 9th and 10th they will fill the But in Madrid with SON Madrid (both sold- outs), they will visit Valencia the 11th, the 12th will go to Barcelona, they 13th Zaragoza awaits, the 15th they will play in Vigo with SON Estrella Galicia, Murcia the 16th and Malaga the 18th. A last minute surprise: we will have another date in Madrid, the 17 in the But with SON Estrella Galicia. Three concerts in the capital and by far two sold-outs, but it looks like they will also reach a third one. Later this month they will head to the United States but a month later they will return to Europe where they already have some dates for concerts until the end of November. Will they manage to exlengthen the summer so long?
