The first-ever magazine about Kalinga, with contents written, edited, photographed and given appropriate layout right here in Kalinga. Published by Iluminada Dinulong Panabe of the IDP Foundation, it is housed at the MJM Printing Press, and is under the supervision of Marciano Paroy Jr. as the Editor-in-Chief and the Layout Artist.
