Cinnamon, clove, freshly crushed vanilla pods; British company Pollyfields bottled the essence of Christmas. My favorite Xmas recipe: Russian yuletide LONDON
Ingredients: 2 cinnamon sticks for 4 cups ~ 2-3 slices of ginger per cup ~ 1-2 tsp honey per cup
RUSSIA
Recipe: Boil some water (e.g. 400ml), add cinnamon sticks (e.g. 2-3). Simmer for 15-20 mins. Add extra water (e.g. 100-200ml) and ginger to your taste. Simmer for some time. Don’t cook ginger
