Maine Peace Action Committee

The Maine Peace Action Committee is an organization of University of Maine students, faculty, and community members concerned with the many injustices we face as a society. We seek to challenge these injustices and the institutions that perpetuate them through creative, nonviolent resistance, as well as through constructive community- building and education. Through this strategy, we hope to foster a UMaine community based firmly upon the values of peace, nonviolence, cooperation, and egalitarianism.
