1. Gather your materials together. 2. On a piece of paper or card, draw a triangle measuring 16cm x 24cm and cut it out. 3. Place it on your map and cut out the bunting triangles using your ruler and rotary cutter. 4. Put your bias binding or ribbon under the presser foot of your sewing machine and sew a couple of inches. If you have decided to use readymade bias binding, it will be folded for you. If you are using grosgrain ribbon, you will need to fold as you go. 5. Tuck your bunting flags into the fold and sew through the layers, leaving a half inch gap between flags. 6. Trim threads and hang your bunting!
