Ziel der Aufgabe ist die Darstellung einer spannungsvollen Relation von Masse und Raum, von Körper-Volumen und Raum-Volumen. Die räumliche Komposition des Verhältnisses von Positiv und Negativ ist zentrales Thema der Aufgabe. Das Ausgangsvolumen hat Objektcharakter und provoziert die isolierte, allseitige Betrachtung. The intention is to develop an aesthetically interesting relationship between mass and space, between the volume of the body and the volume of the space. The central theme of the task is therefore the spatial composition of the relationship between positive and negative.
