What are your hiring standards? Our home care aides are screened through a number of processes, including interview, reference checks, background checks, driving abstracts, and drug testing. Along with a home care aide license, we also require all of our home care aides to have CPR and First Aid certificates. How can Cascade Connections keep me independent in my own home? Our home care aide training certification prepares you for your career in caregiving. We provide relevant, Department of Health approved continuing education classes for home care aides in the classroom or online.
