2nd Annual Most Valuable Intern (MVI) Contest
Tuesday, October 25, 6:30pm The purpose of this contest is to recognize those outstanding students who have participated in a summer internship. As a career center, we realize the amount of hard work and commitment our students put into their summer internships and want to reward those who went above and beyond during their experience. Think you have what it takes? Submit a 60 second video by Sunday, October 23, at 9:00 pm to fbigham@miami.edu. What to include in your video or essay: 1) Introduction including your name and internship 2) Why you consider yourself the most valuable intern for your organization Things to consider: • Contributions or improvements to the organization • How you went above and beyond • How you left your mark on the organization • Important projects you worked on • Opportunities to work with other professionals • How your internship enhanced your career development Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finalists!
