Dear Reader,

This has been a very exciting year for real estate in the Triangle. There is good activity in all price

ranges. Without the expert assistance of Dorothy Wallace, our new associate, we would not have been able to produce a mid year magazine.

Typically, we include an article about a local attraction. Instead, you will find a single page from a

new article on Duke Gardens. You can read the full article in our new Local Attractions Book, which is enclosed. We have compiled articles we've written over the course of many years, and many magazines into one guide. Over time, we will be continually adding on to the book. An E-copy is available on our website. If you have favotite spots you would like to see included, we appreciate you input.
