By John Burson Sports Writer MAMOU – The Mamou High Green Demons may be hardpressed to match last season’s 5-5 record in 2009. The problem for head coach John Curtis LaFleur is a dearth of returning starters. LaFleur will have just five of
22 positions manned by starters returning from last season. That means a lot of inexperience will be on the field for the Green Demons. Three starters will return for LaFleur on offense, led by senior quarterback Alex Vidrine (6-1, 195).
Proud to be a part of the Iota Bulldogs football tradition!
