Lee’s Summit North Recycling Center is located at the corner of Lee’s Summit Road and Colbern Road. Items to recycle at this location include paper, glass, cardboard and plastics.

Relocating: When relocating from out of state, driver’s license testing is done at 1920 NE Independence Ave., or call 816-622-0720. Recycling: The City of Lee’s Summit owns a landfill/recycling center that is located at 2101 SE Hamblen Road. Hours of operation for the landfill are 8 a.m.–3 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8 a.m to 4 p.m. Saturdays.
