Scholarships have made the difference for sophomore Collette Rothe, who is studying global environmental issues. She hopes in the future to help establish long-term sustainability initiatives in developing nations. “Not only did the scholarships I received give me the ability to attend Michigan, they have opened the door to countless opportuni-

ties inside and outside the classroom,” Rothe says. “Michigan has impacted the person I am today and the person I will become.”
