Hotel terms and conditions (AGBH 2006) § 5 Rescission of the Accommodation Agreement – Cancellation fee / Rescission by the Proprietor 5.1 If the Accommodation Agreement provides for a down payment and such down payment has not been made by the Party in time, the Proprietor may rescind the Accommodation Agreement without granting any grace period. 5.2 If the Guest fails to arrive by 6.00 p.m. on the agreed date of arrival, the Proprietor shall not be obliged to accommodate them unless a later time of arrival has been agreed upon. 5.3 If the Party has made a down payment (see 3.3), the rooms shall be deemed reserved until 12.00 noon on the day following the date of arrival at the latest. If a down payment to the amount of more than four days has been made, the obligation to accommodate the Guest shall end on 6.00 p.m. on the fourth day, the date of arrival being deemed the first day, unless the Guest informs the Proprietor of a later date of arrival. 5.4 Unless otherwise agreed upon, the Proprietor may rescind the Accommodation Agreement for objectively justified reasons by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Party. Rescission by the Party – Cancellation fee 5.5 The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee. 5.6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5., the Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees: - 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival; - 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival; - 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival. up to 3 months

The points are redeemed automatically the first time you pass the electronic reading devices, whereby the time shown on the reading device is decisive. Please observe the display! Points deduction: before 11:50 am = 3 points; after 11:50 am = 2 points; after 3:00 pm = 1point. Daily choice lift passes are only valid in the winter season in which they were issued. Out of fairness, we offer the following: points remaining from the previous season can be used up until 10 Jan. of the following winter season.
When a new lift pass is purchased by 10 Jan. points remaining from the previous season will be added on (older points will be forfeited without exception!) up to a maximum of the same number of points contained in the newly purchased daily choice lift pass. Points left over from the previous winter season will be forfeited without exception after 10 Jan. of the current season. Residual points can no longer be taken into account from this date, even if a new lift pass is purchased. Subject to the tariff regulations of the Arlberg ski pass pool. Lift passes sold in advance: possible for the following day. Can be used from 4 pm the day before they become valid. Ski passes are valid on consecutive days. When restrictions apply in Lech-Oberlech-Zürs and/or Warth-Schröcken these tickets will be issued in St. Anton, St.Christoph and Stuben and at Sonnenkopf with limitation of validity for the respective lifts/cable cars. Proof of age required. Children are conveyed in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the conditions of conveyance.
To avoid waiting at the lift pass cash desks many hotels/guest houses offer the option of obtaining lift passes directly at the premises (without extra charge). Please enquire about this at your accommodation. 3-valley pass: for holders of season tickets or multiple day dickets of the 3-valley pass, attractive Ski Arlberg swap day tickets are availabe. tion of an exceptional ski area and, on the other, a range of ski schools which are striving to surpass their guests' expectations. Over 500 highly qualified snow sports instructors, state approved ski instructors and ski guides will personally look after the progress, wellbeing and safety of their guests on and off the prepared pistes. From skiing and snowboarding to experiences such as telemark skiing, snowshoe hiking and, in particular, accompanied ski touring and off-piste skiing or heli-skiing, the ski schools offer a wide range of activities. Children from the age of 4½ are taught in groups by professional instructors who specialise in teaching children, and there is a variety of nursery slopes available for our young guests to use. The range on offer for children and adults includes group and private instruction from the first steps on the snow to off-piste experiences away from the prepared pistes.
