In 2014, the six team riders participated in more than 10 international competitions, in five countries, and won the Maxiavalanche Europe Cup Cervinia thanks to Baptist Gaillot, also 7th in the Mégavalanche. This winter, the Rocky Sports store will of course be dedicated to welcoming travellers and renting skis, but no doubt that in the spring the 6 daredevils of the Team will bring out their mountain bikes for some new challenges!

For its second edition, the fashion show of Alpe d'Huez is becoming a private event, which will take place on December 13th at the Chamois d'Or hotel, with the collaboration of the Folie Douce teams. Many shop owners of the station (Cyril's Sport, Olivier Sport, Noël Sport, Excess Superdry, Rip Curl, Pull In, B Kolor's, Skiset, Sun Valley and Napapijri) gathered in order to maintain this event, which was greatly acclaimed last year. SNOWAVES ET B’KOLORS NE FONT PLUS QU’UN SNOWAVES AND B’KOLORS ARE NOW ONE Les deux boutiques d’Aline et Gaëtan Llorach, Snowaves et B’Kolors, étaient jusqu’à la saison dernière distantes d’une petite centaine de mètres. C’est désormais du passé et les deux magasins sont réunis à partir de cette année dans un seul et nouvel espace tout beau tout neuf situé dans la galerie de l’Ours Blanc. Avec toujours des marques phares comme JOTT et Billabong ainsi que des objets high-tech et déco toujours très inspirés, la nouvelle boutique s’impose ainsi plus que jamais comme une halte incontournable pour tous les amateurs de lifestyle de la station. The two shops owned by Aline and Gaëtan Llorach, Snowaves and B'Kolors, were, until last season, separated by a few hundred meters. THE ROYAL OURS BLANC GOES FOR A NEW LOOK Certainement l’établissement qui offre la plus belle vue à l’Alpe d’Huez, le Royal Ours Blanc Hôtel & Spa a été entièrement rénové durant l’été. THE ROCKY SPORTS TEAM AT THE TOP LEVEL Nous vous en parlions l’an dernier dans le Café des Sports Alpe d’Huez, le team Rocky Sports, du nom du magasin situé dans le quartier de l’Eclose, brille sur les compétitions de VTT. En 2014, les six riders du team ont participé à plus de dix compétitions internationales, dans cinq pays, et ont remporté la Maxiavalanche Europe Cup Cervinia par l’intermédiaire de Baptiste Gaillot, également 7ème de la Mégavalanche. Cet hiver, le magasin Rocky Sports sera bien sûr tourné vers l’accueil des vacanciers et la location de skis, mais nulle doute qu’au printemps les six casse-cous du Team ressortiront leur VTT pour de nouveaux exploits !
