Taylor Willoughby of Wood River was the recipient of the 2014 Jami Harper Youth Leadership Tomorrow College Scholarship Emergenetics Assessment This insert has been prepared to provide an opportunity for Hall County residents to experience the wealth of information and opportunities provided to the participants in the Leadership Tomorrow program. Leadership Tomorrow is an educational program offered by Hall County Leadership Unlimited, Inc., a nonprofit Corporation formed in 1987. The Board of Directors and Executive Director invite you to learn about Hall County with Leadership Tomorrow. This publication is made possible due to the generosity and support of the Kaufmann-Cummings Foundation

To build leadership in our community and businesses it requires dedicated individuals and community support. At its inception the goal of Leadership Tomorrow was to create a leadership training program to help identify and recruit individuals that are committed to developing and utilizing positive leadership skills to motivate them to take on leadership responsibilities within Hall County. Leadership Tomorrow has a rich history of incredible individuals and businesses that step up to contribute to the success of the program. Each year during the nine month daylong session and focus meetings, participants hear from numerous community leaders, tour businesses and attend skill building sessions. The knowledge and experiences participants receive provide an excellent background for agency board of director positions, enhanced management skills in the workplace, and informed elected officials in our community. Congratulations to Class 28 who will be able to take the knowledge and experiences to help further the progress of our community! Thank you to the strong support of the community, dedicated and caring Leadership Tomorrow Board of Directors and Board President Tim Hiemer for caring about the program and their community! In addition I want to say thank you to the two great ladies that work part time Sheila Hollister, Program Assistant and Diane Miller, Youth Program Coordinator. It is rewarding to work with dedicated and hardworking individuals. It is an honor to be a part of a great program! We are grateful for the continued support from the Kaufmann-Cummings Foundation for providing this insert. For several years it has been published and used as a yearbook and a resource for organizations seeking volunteers. Brenda Branstiter, Executive Director

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Hall County Leadership Tomorrow, I would like to congratulate the graduates of Class 28. This program has allowed each of you to nurture and grow your leadership skills over the last nine months. Your skills have improved by gaining a new perspective and fondness of the community, and by finding new resources and mentors to help you continue your journey. I now charge you to apply this knowledge as you journey through your everyday lives. Become a better leader, not only in your professional and personal life, but also in the community. By giving of your new found knowledge you, your community, and all those around you will benefit. Our Executive Director Brenda Branstiter and the board of directors have worked hard this past year to continue to improve our program by objectively reviewing every part of the program. By continually looking inward we can be assured that we are offering the very best program available. Our special events, the Duck Pluck and LT Golf Classic continued to grow again this year. And a special thanks for the generosity of the Noon Rotary Club and their Taste of Grand Island. Because of this generosity the Youth Leadership Tomorrow program once again has been an overwhelming success. This coming August will see the return of the Duck Derby back to Island Oasis, with Roy’s Grand Dodge as the title sponsor again this year. The success of this event only solidifies the commitment that this community and businesses has for the Leadership Tomorrow program. It is because of this commitment that we are able to offer such a high caliber program to help nurture our future community leaders through this great program. Thank you to all of you who provides such strong support to Leadership Tomorrow through your financial contributions and donation of time, talents, and knowledge. For without you this would not be the program that it is today, you truly make a difference in the community. A special thank you to the board members and Brenda for your continued commitment, dedication and hard work for Leadership Tomorrow. Tim J. Hiemer, Board Chair
