TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS Beaucare® Medical Limited, Hornbeam Square West, Hornbeam Park, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 8PA, shall hereinafter be called 'The Company’. The Company’s standard conditions of business are to apply unless agreed beforehand in writing by The Company.
1 General
3 Delivery
1.1 All prices are correct at the time of going to print. 1.2 The Company reserves the right to change or amend colours, dimensions and specifications without prior notice. 1.3 For continuity, The Company may find it necessary on occasions to source a product from an alternative supplier that may not be identical to the price list description. 1.4 Dimensions printed within the price list are approximate and are intended to be for guidance or comparison rather than an exact description. 1.5 All goods are subject to availability. 1.6 No liability is accepted for any loss or damage, however caused, resulting from the use of the product. Every reasonable care is taken to ensure products are suitable for the use intended and described accordingly. 1.7 The Company reserve the right to pass on any increases imposed on them by their suppliers and manufacturers. 1.8 A re-stocking fee of 25% of the invoice price will be charged for goods ordered incorrectly and returned. 1.9 All pricing in this catalogue is subject to VAT. VAT is chargeable at the prevailing rate at the time of order.
3.1 Free carriage is offered within our current van delivery areas, subject to a minimum order value of £20.00 3.2 Delivery will be charged at £8.50 +vat for orders below £20.00. 3.3 Delivery for large items, such as furniture, will be charged at cost. 3.4 Deliveries outside of The Company’s van delivery areas and overseas will be charged at cost. 3.5 Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery for out-of-stock furniture items. 3.6 Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing within 7 days of the anticipated delivery date, or The Company accept no responsibility for loss of delivery. Damage and missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery, in writing, or The Company shall not be liable.
2 Ordering 2.1 The Company will accept orders by phone, fax, in writing, email or online. 2.2 When ordering, customers are requested to state their name, order number if appropriate, telephone number, invoice and delivery address. 2.3 When ordering, customers should quote the product code, quantity required and give an accurate description of the product. 2.4 Title and ownership remain the property of The Company until goods are paid for in full. 2.5 Goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the time of despatch.
4 New Customers 4.1 All new customers are requested to confirm their first order in writing on business/organisation letterhead paper signed by an authorised person. 4.2 For all new customers, payment may be requested in advance before goods will be despatched. 4.3 All new customers may be required to send payment with their order until a trading history has been established (a minimum of three months). 4.4 When a satisfactory trading history has been established, credit facilities will be granted subject to receiving suitable trade and bank references.
5 Large Orders 5.1 For all high value orders, a deposit will be required. 5.2 In certain circumstances, full payment with order will be required. 5.3 In certain circumstances, full payment on delivery of goods will be required.

Chemical Dosing Systems Beaucare dosing systems give you the flexibility of chemical use, whether you run a small on-premise laundry or a large industrial operation. Liquid products are automatically pumped into your washing equipment removing the need to manually measure the correct dosage. The systems can include security coding, so only authorised users can alter the dosing amounts. We have now introduced multiple options for dishwashing dosing systems, ensuring controlled usage of all cleaning chemicals. Beaucare can install and set up your purchased dosing system, ensuring the correct programming for your specific requirements. We can also supply dosing systems on loan, if you do not wish to have the outlay of purchasing the dispensing unit outright. The system would be installed, programmed and maintained under contract using Beaucare laundry products.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS Beaucare® Medical Limited, Hornbeam Square West, Hornbeam Park, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 8PA, shall hereinafter be called 'The Company’. The Company’s standard conditions of business are to apply unless agreed beforehand in writing by The Company.
1 General
3 Delivery
1.1 All prices are correct at the time of going to print. 1.2 The Company reserves the right to change or amend colours, dimensions and specifications without prior notice. 1.3 For continuity, The Company may find it necessary on occasions to source a product from an alternative supplier that may not be identical to the price list description. 1.4 Dimensions printed within the price list are approximate and are intended to be for guidance or comparison rather than an exact description. 1.5 All goods are subject to availability. 1.6 No liability is accepted for any loss or damage, however caused, resulting from the use of the product. Every reasonable care is taken to ensure products are suitable for the use intended and described accordingly. 1.7 The Company reserve the right to pass on any increases imposed on them by their suppliers and manufacturers. 1.8 A re-stocking fee of 25% of the invoice price will be charged for goods ordered incorrectly and returned. 1.9 All pricing in this catalogue is subject to VAT. VAT is chargeable at the prevailing rate at the time of order.
3.1 Free carriage is offered within our current van delivery areas, subject to a minimum order value of £20.00 3.2 Delivery will be charged at £8.50 +vat for orders below £20.00. 3.3 Delivery for large items, such as furniture, will be charged at cost. 3.4 Deliveries outside of The Company’s van delivery areas and overseas will be charged at cost. 3.5 Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery for out-of-stock furniture items. 3.6 Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing within 7 days of the anticipated delivery date, or The Company accept no responsibility for loss of delivery. Damage and missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery, in writing, or The Company shall not be liable.
2 Ordering 2.1 The Company will accept orders by phone, fax, in writing, email or online. 2.2 When ordering, customers are requested to state their name, order number if appropriate, telephone number, invoice and delivery address. 2.3 When ordering, customers should quote the product code, quantity required and give an accurate description of the product. 2.4 Title and ownership remain the property of The Company until goods are paid for in full. 2.5 Goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the time of despatch.
4 New Customers 4.1 All new customers are requested to confirm their first order in writing on business/organisation letterhead paper signed by an authorised person. 4.2 For all new customers, payment may be requested in advance before goods will be despatched. 4.3 All new customers may be required to send payment with their order until a trading history has been established (a minimum of three months). 4.4 When a satisfactory trading history has been established, credit facilities will be granted subject to receiving suitable trade and bank references.
5 Large Orders 5.1 For all high value orders, a deposit will be required. 5.2 In certain circumstances, full payment with order will be required. 5.3 In certain circumstances, full payment on delivery of goods will be required.
