Client: Although NCR products are used globally by millions every day there’s little brand recognition with external marketplace. So how could we bring this unfamiliar brand to life with potential employees? We simply took pictures of employees engaged at work – they’re the best ambassadors for any company – we then plan to use this imagery across the careers site and all recruitment landing pages. This enables candidates to understand who the people are behind the global tech company and identify with them. We tried to we keep this project simple – however it was critical we worked closely with both Talent Acquisition and marketing teams to ensure both teams we’re happy with what we we’re delivering. We briefed our volunteers prior to the day and explained what we were doing and why, we made them feel at ease – and took some incredibly natural shots of employees engaged at work.
