A clean 32-oz spray bottle 2. 3 cups of warm water 3. 1/2 cup vinegar 4. 2 teaspoons baking soda 5. 10 drops essential oil (optional) Here’s how you do it: Add vinegar to spray bottle, followed by water, baking soda and essential oils. Mix by gently shaking.

GREEN TEA CLAY MASK This is a mask made out of mostly green ingredients especially good for oily skin and/or blackheads. The milk powder gives it an added soothing element. Peppermint gives it the fresh “green” feel. 2 Tb. French green clay 2 Tb. sea clay 2 Tb. yogurt powder (or milk or buttermilk powder) 1 Tb. green tea powder 1 tsp. each ground peppermint and nettles Directions: Mix and store in a covered jar or bag in your bathroom. To apply, mix 2 teaspoons with and equal amount of water or other liquid (milk, herb tea, or aloe vera juice). Spread evenly over your face. Leave on for about 10 minutes. Gently remove with warm water and a washcloth. Apply a homemade moisturizer.

Arcilla verde 2 Tb. arcilla de mar 2 Tb. yogurt en polvo 1 Tb. polvo de té verde 1 cdta. cada uno de menta Instrucciones: Mezclar y guardar en un frasco tapado. Para aplicar, mezclar 2 cucharaditas conigual cantidad de agua u otro líquido (leche, té de hierbas o jugo de aloe vera). Difundir de manera uniforme sobre la cara. Dejar actuar durante unos 10 minutos. Retirar suavemente con agua tibia y un paño. Aplicar una crema hidratante casera.
