Now, China is producing their very own high-speed trains, somewhat based on the technology they acquired when inviting foreign companies. A Financial Times article title named “Japan Inc shoots itself in foot on bullet train”10 describes the situation well, and there has been lawsuits. Here is the China Railways CRH380.
