a Sra. Estela Brewer nacida en la Corregidora Queretaro de Arteaga, México.
na señora que a lo largo de su vida en los Estados Unidos ha puesto el nombre de su país México muy en alto, recorriendo diferentes países y ciudades. n 1970, proscedente de Oklahoma y buscando un futuro mejor, llega a la ciudad de Lafayette, LA; ya graduada de Estética General, entra a trabajar a ORLANE COSMETIC (Productos franceses de belleza para la mujer) durante ocho años.

e independiza en 1978, logrando abrir su primer negocio llamado STELAS COLLETION, siendo una de las primeras empresas con marca propia en Lafayette.
e relaciona con el libre comercio, haciéndose experta en exportaciones e importaciones; expandiendo su negocio tanto en Estados Unidos como en México.
espués de ser miembro del WTC de New Orleans y tomar infinidad de cursos de importación, logra otra gran empresa denominada GALERÍAS QUERETARO, vendiendo arte único en madera tallada, cristal soplado y artesanías.
l Centro Internacional de Negocios, Red Sesame la invita a ser uno de sus primeros miembros para viajar a diferentes países representando la ciudad de Lafayette y México; de allí en adelante, empieza a recibir los frutos de su arduo trabajo.

n el 2003, logró llevar a un grupo de veinte estudiantes que cursaban la carreras de Tecnología, Ciencias y Matemáticas al Centro Epacial Coroslef en Rusia, para su participación el las Olimpiadas Especiales. n mayo 15 del mismo año, logra hacer a New Orleans, LA y Queretaro, México, ciudades hermanas con intercambios culturales y de negocios, recibiendo en la Cumbre de Alcaldes entre México, Canadá y Estados Unidos, la presea de Embajador de Buena Voluntad. Recibiendo también en México el mismo reconocimiento, convirtiéndose en la primera Hispana en recibirlo.
n el año 2002, el Parlamento Inglés le entrega el “Pin de la Casa de las Labores (House of Lords Pin)” que significa su participación en las Naciones Unidas representando a Lafayette.

Another achievement was her ability to organize and merge New Orleans, LA and Queretaro, Mexico in a business and cultural exchange as sister cities, receiving at the mayors summit between Mexico, Canada and United States, the Goodwill Ambassador award.
