This year marked the 10th consecutive year that the Trojans have qualified for the state championships. Leading the way for East Lansing was senior Emily Koryto who shot a team-best 179 at the finals.

East Lansing Girls Cross Country
The Trojan girl’s team cruised to a CAAC Blue league title and concluded the season with a fourth-place finish at the Division 2 State Championship meet. This group tied for the highest state finals finish of any area team, and also four
sports ahead of Ionia, who edged them for the regional championship. Freshman Mado Glew had an outstanding finish to her first year running for the Trojans, taking first at the league meet and 30th overall at the state finals. The Trojans have now placed in the top-7 at states the past six years.
