Despite a ver y low inventor y of homes for sale thr oughout San Diego County, the spring/summer buying season is coming into full-swing as prices begin rebounding and pentup demand brings new opportunities for homebuyers and sellers. Valentine offers some insightful advice for prospective home sellers. “As is the case with any business decision, understand your competition,” she said. “When you sell your home you are in competition with ever y other home on the market. Understand how your home stacks up with the others in your neighborhood and do everything you can to make it standout.” For prospective homebuyers, Valentine suggests

The donations are slated to assist the schools in funding their Grad Nite celebrations. A portion of PREP’s annual membership fees and funds accumulated via weekly opportunity drawings are used to support the local schools. “Realtors are eager to contribute to the communities in which they work,” said Jeff Hans, PREP president. “You will find that Realtors are at the heart of many local and national charitable organizations.”
