De-stress for Success: Keys to Living a Happier Life! Wednesday January 7 & 22, February 5 & 19 6-7:30 pm $100R / $110NR This program is designed to teach practical tools for stress management, stress relief and self-care. Led by a physician, acupuncturist, and a health coach, attendees will learn a treasure chest full of nutrition, herbal remedies, meditation and other lifestyle techniques; all focused on promoting resilience in a world full of stress. The Nutcracker The holidays are not complete until you join us for The Nutcracker, featuring unforgettable characters, dazzling costumes, classic choreography and Tchaikovsky’s extraordinary arrangement performed live by the Colorado Ballet Orchestra. This dazzling spectacle of glittering snowflakes and shimmering sugarplums will transport audiences to the Land of Sweets. You won’t want to miss this holiday tradition!
