Chamber Check Gift Cards Coming Soon Chamber Checks are popular gifts for teachers, coaches, student awards, birthdays and holidays. They are pre-written checks for $10. T he v a lue limitation has been a source of frustration for customers who frequently come in requesting $25 checks or $100 checks. The paper checks have also become a source of frustration for businesses that have employee turnover and don’t have time to train their new staff on how to accept a paper Chamber Check. With the assistance of the Electric Money Company, a Chamber Member, we are converting the paper check system to a closed-loop gift card system. What this means is
that we will be issuing plastic re-loadable gift cards that will only be accepted at Chamber Members who accept Chamber Checks. We will either add the cards to your POS system, or provide you with a website or mobile phone app on which you can accept the cards – depending on which method works for your particular business model. Like a pap er Chamber Check, the cards will keep money on the hill, a nd ke ep people shopping with Chamber Members. The cards are already in our office and programming your systems is the next step.
