in downtown’s Arts District, that moment is surely moving east. Former MOCA chief curator Paul Schimmel has teamed up with the international gallery, carving out a 100,000-square-foot, seven-building art compound set to open next year. In January, the gallery will host a two-month pop-up group show before officially closing for renovations with a grand unveiling in 2016.
