Training & Coaching

Tips for safe & healthy swimming Help us keep the pool safe and healthy for everyone! + Children ages 6 years and younger must be within an adult’s (18 years+) reach at all times. + Children 3 & under must wear a swim diaper and plastic pants with full elastic legs and waist. + Children 7–10 must be directly supervised by an adult 15+. + Parents are ultimately responsible for the safety and well being of their children. + Please shower to remove any lotions, makeup or perfumes prior to entering the pool. + Do not use the pool if you show any signs of illness or had diarrhea in the last two weeks.

Personal swim coaching

Beginners through competitive swimmers ages 6+ can benefit from working one on one with a Kroc Aquatics Personal Coach. Learn to swim, improve your strokes, review basic water safety and lifeguarding skills, or perfect your flip turn. Our personal coaches will design an individual lesson, a semi-private lesson, a small group lesson, or series of lessons to help you meet your personal swimming goals and master the techniques of the healthy lifelong sport of swimming.
