CC52: The First Six Months

At the beginning of April 2011, award-winning commercial photographer Craig Cutler resolved to create new personal work once a week, every week, for a full year, no exceptions. Here, we present highlights from the first 26 weeks of CC52, which finds Craig testing the boundaries of conceptual still lifes; producing “motion” portraits; photographing beauty-school students, taxidermy, and frozen flowers; and shooting short videos involving popsicles, marshmallows, and a boxer jumping rope, among other visual delights.
