Larvik has lost its connection to the sea. The waterfront that was once the heart of the city connecting it from east to west and from north to south has become a boundary. Our proposal turns this development around and reintroduces the waterfront as the living heart of Larvik. We propose creating new connections, not by bridges and tunnels, but by squares, parks, sight lines and walkways.
