Wall Hours of Operation August 25-December 8 Mondays, Wednesdays: 1-8:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays: noon-7 p.m. Fridays: 1-5:30 p.m. Closed when student classes are on break. Bouldering Cave open during normal building hours. Free Try Climbing Anytime No certification required. Bring your PantherCard. All equipment provided. Certification Clinics Includes belay skills, policies and procedures, and both a written and practical test. Good for one year. Register at least 24 hours in advance. Fridays, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesdays, 7-9 p.m. Cost: $2/$4/$6 Certification Challenge

Experienced climbers may take the written and practical tests without the clinic. Good for one year. By appointment only. Cost: $2/$2/$6 Certification Renewal

Demonstrate practical skills to the on-duty climbing wall supervisor. Sign the Climbing Wall Agreement. Good for one year. No cost. Kids Climb

Children ages 8-18 may use the Climbing Wall when supervised and belayed by a certified parent, guardian or climbing wall staff.

Lead Climbing

Experienced climbers may lead climb routes during normal hours. You must follow the designated lead route. Ask about a Lead Climbing Certification Clinic to certify or challenge out. You must be belay certified for at least six months or prove significant experience. Bouldering Cave

The cave has both vertical and horizontal overhanging terrain. Any skill level may use it in a “no ropes� bouldering format. It is located across from racquetball court #4 adjacent to the Climbing Wall. Check in with the Climbing Wall attendant.
