The Gem-n-Eye uses no toxic fluid and gives a digital readout of an RI to 3 decimal places, along with the names of matching gems drawn from its 200+ internal database. The Gem-NEye can also measure gems above a 1.81 RI so you can distinguish diamond from CZ and moissanite, as well as read high Zircon and garnets. The Gem-n-Eye II adds the ability to measure Specific Gravity of calibrated gems of known weight, integrating color selection on ID lookup and including advanced sensory performance.
