Proceeds will result in a safer and more accessible space for all student athletes. Modernized equipment with the addition of cardio and upgraded weight training equipment will allow for more cohesive programming. The main event of this feast is a whole, organic, grass-fed lamb raised in Napa, locally sourced through Agriculture 4 Youth. Your lamb will be butchered, and a choice cut will be used as the main course of your feast for twelve prepared by the expert chefs at Napa’s Elaine Bell Catering. The remaining lamb will be delivered to your home to enjoy at future gatherings. Your farm to table dinner party will be prepared by Elaine Bell Catering and hosted at the Osgood Family home in the Oak Knoll District. Tables will close just before the dinner hour at approximately 7:20 pm. 4. Bid sheets may not be removed from the tables. Use your Bid Pal device to track your bids and auction information. 5. In the event of a dispute over winning bids, the Advancement Office will determine the winning bid.
The Live Auction
6. During the Live Auction, raise your bidder number (on the back of this program) or your hand for recognition of your bid. The Auctioneer will acknowledge the winning bid. A volunteer will bring a confirmation for your signature to your table. 7. Values listed for items are estimates only and are not warranted by Justin-Siena for tax purpose or for general value. Justin-Siena is not responsible for errors in the description or valuation of auction times. (See additional Tax Information below) 8. Justin-Siena is not responsible for damage or injuries that may be incurred, either by the auction donor or the auction purchaser(s) in the use of auction items purchased. 9. The auctioneer shall have the right to withdraw a lot or reject a bid as seen fit anytime prior to the fall of the hammer for the lot in question. 10. All Sales Are Final. There are no exchanges or refunds on items once the bidder takes possession of those items/certificates. You are responsible to redeem all items and/or services according to the conditions and requirements set forth on the certificate. Unless otherwise noted, all restaurant certificates exclude tax, tip, or alcoholic beverages. 11. Checkout for live and silent auction begins at 10 pm. If you must leave prior to that time, please arrange to pay and/or pick up your items before you depart. 12. Justin-Siena accepts cash, checks, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged immediately following the auction or within 3-4 days of the auction date. 13. Auction items that are not claimed immediately following the event will be moved to the Advancement Office and must be claimed by Friday, April 10, 2014. Items not claimed by that date will be offered to the next highest bidder. 14. Unless otherwise indicated, all lots expire on April 1, 2015, unless otherwise set by the item donor. Tax Information Auction Items: In accordance with federal tax law, only that portion of the purchase price of an item that exceeds the fair market value is tax deductible. Purchases with a tax deductible value in excess of $75 are required to be substantiated by a receipt from Justin-Siena. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your auction donation or purchase. Raffles: The purchase of raffle tickets, or other donation which results in entry into a drawing, is not tax deductible.
