C’est justement grâce à la pureté de la matière première et grâce aux technologies d’avant-garde d’extrusion que P-Line présente CFX qui possède sans l’ombre d’un doute un niveau d’invisibilité dans l’eau plus importante que tous ses concurrents et cela lui permet d’augmenter remarquablement les captures en donnant au pêcheur la possibilité de pêcher avec des diamètres plus importants, et par conséquent, avec une plus grande sécurité. Dank der Reinheit des bei P-Line eingesetzten Rohmaterials und der modernen Extrusionstechnologien besitz CFX zweifellos eine höhere Unsichtbarkeit im Wasser als die der Mitbewerber wodurch die Fänge mit größeren Schnurdurchmessern und in völliger Sicherheit deutlich erhöht werden können. Der Unterschied zwischen CFX und den Konkurrenzartikeln wird besonders an Tagen mit starkem Licht und beim Angeln in sehr klarem Wasser hervorgehoben. CFX ist außerdem versinkend, sehr widerstandsfähig gegen den Abrieb mit einer sehr schwachen Dehnung und eine hohen Beständigkeit gegen UV-Strahlen.

F - HALO - Grâce à la très haute technologie d’extrusion, à l’utilisation des meilleures matières premières disponibles et à un énorme effort économique pour la recherche et le développement, P-Line a pu réaliser la dernière génération de mono-fils en fluorocarbone, appelés co-fluoride, en allant au-delà de toute attente des pêcheurs. A la différence d’un fluorocarbone normal, un co-fluoride se compose d’un “mélange” de plusieurs types de cristaux purs de fluorocarbone. Sachant que les différents cristaux présentent des différences de caractéristique, il a été possible de “les mélanger” de façon à pouvoir obtenir la meilleure combinaison possible, en donnant à Halo une force linéaire et au nœud, une mémoire mécanique réduite et grâce à l’homogénéité de sa surface, un très grand glissement dans le lancer. Puisque Halo est 100% fluorocarbone, il n’absorbe pas l’eau, il a un indice de réfraction à la lumière minimum, détail qui le rend invisible dans l’eau; il possède un poids spécifique beaucoup plus élevé par rapport aux fils traditionnels, ce qui lui permet de couler plus rapidement et d’avoir une élasticité basse et une résistance aux rayons UV. D - HALO - Dank der fortschrittlichen Extrusionstechnologie, dem Einsatz der besten verfügbaren Rohmaterialien und eines bemerkenswerten wirtschaftlichen Einsatzes zur Unterstützung der Forschung und Entwicklung war P-Line in der Lage die neueste Generation der Monofile aus Fluorkohlenstoff, die als co-fluoride bezeichnet werden, herzustellen, die alle Erwartungen der Angler übertrifft. Im Gegensatz zum normalen Fluorkohlenstoff ist ein co-fluoride aus einer „Mischung“ aus verschiedenen reinen FluorocarbonKristallen zusammengesetzt. Da bekanntlich die verschiedenen Kristalle unterschiedliche Eigenschaften haben, war es möglich diese so zu „mischen“, dass die bestmögliche Kombination entstand, die dem Halo lineare Stärke und eine gute Wet-Knot-Stärke, ein sehr schwaches mechanisches Gedächtnis und dank der Gleichförmigkeit der Oberfläche, ein ausgezeichnetes Gleitvermögen beim Auswurf verleiht. Da Halo zu 100 % aus Fluorocarbon besteht, wird kein Wasser aufgenommen, ist der Lichtbrechungsindex sehr niedrig und somit ist die Schnur im Wasser unsichtbar, ist das spezifische Gewicht im Vergleich zur herkömmlichen Schnur viel höher, versinkt die Schnur damit schneller, hat eine sehr geringe Dehnung und ist beständig gegen UV-Strahlen. Halo ist ein Produkt mit der neuen durchsichtigen Färbung Apfelgrün, die sich besonders für das Angeln in Seen, Flüssen und Salzwasser eignet.

A differenza di un normale fluorocarbonio, un co-fluoride è composto da una “miscela” di diversi tipi di cristalli puri di fluorocarbonio. Sapendo che i vari cristalli hanno diverse caratteristiche l’uno dall’altro, è stato possibile “miscelarli” in modo da poter ottenere la migliore combinazione possibile, dando ad Halo forza lineare e al nodo, ridottissima memoria meccanica e, grazie all’omogeneità della sua superficie, una grandissima scorrevolezza nel lancio. Poiché Halo è 100% fluorocarbonio, non assorbe acqua, ha un bassissimo indice di rifrazione della luce, particolare che lo rende invisibile in acqua, ha un peso specifico molto più alto rispetto ai tradizionali fili, che fa sì che possa affondare molto più rapidamente, una bassissima elasticità e la resistenza ai raggi UV. Halo è prodotto con una nuova colorazione traslucida mist green, ottima per la pesca in laghi, fiumi e acque salate.

Unlike a standard fluorocarbon, a co-fluoride comprises a “mixture” of different types of pure fluorocarbon crystals. Given that the various crystals have different properties, it has been possible to “mix them” so as to produce the best possible combination, giving the Halo linear and knot strength, very low mechanical memory and, owing to the homogeneity of the surface, exceptional smoothness in casting. GB - FLUOROCARBON is made by extrusion of the best Japanese fluorocarbon crystals providing the greatest knot strength and breaking strength of all the Fluorocarbon Softs available on the market. Fluorocarbon has a refractive index similar to that of water making it almost invisible once it enters the water; the purer the crystals and the more advanced the extrusion technology, the less visible the fluorocarbon. Fluorocarbon boasts all these properties: we have managed to produce a line with excellent softness, little mechanical memory, significantly reduced elasticity and high breaking strength. F - FLOROCLEAR grâce à son extraordinaire limpidité et avec une surface recouverte de fluorocarbone, au contact de l’eau il devient virtuellement invisible, presque comme un fluorocarbone pur, en garantissant donc un plus grand nombre de captures. De plus, le traitement au silicone qui imprègne la surface permet au fil de sortir du moulinet avec beaucoup de fluidité et de façon ordonnée. La nouvelle technologie d’extrusion que P-Line implique une extrême homogénéité de la surface de Floroclear ce qui permet en plus de garantir une plus grande force et une plus grande fiabilité pour des lancers plus longs de 10/20%. Il possède une mémoire mécanique faible et une très grande souplesse (effet de soie), CX Premium élimine les problèmes de fil sur le moulinet et grâce à sa grande homogénéité de surface, il augmente de 10/20% la distance du lancer. Sa couverture spéciale en fluorocarbone et en silicone élimine l’absorption d’eau qui a des effets négatifs sur les performances du fil. Toutes ces caractéristiques sont exaltées par la force linéaire et par le nœud. Environ 20% d’élasticité en moins par rapport aux autres fils, à permis d’accroître la sensibilité au toucher et à la réaction des plus petites captures. La couleur vert mousse, rend le fil extrêmement mimétique dans les lacs de tout type et dans n’importe quel fond marin, par contre la couleur transparent fluorescent est très adaptée pour tous ceux qui ont besoin de suivre le fil tant qu’il n’est pas plongé dans l’eau. Il est parfait pour la pêche de jour et de nuit car le fil qui est touché directement par des sources de lumière naturelle et artificielle, passe de la couleur transparente à la couleur violette fluorescente pour ensuite retrouver sa couleur transparente dès qu’il est en contact avec l’eau. A special process used to weight the new P-Line Stone monofilament during extrusion makes it sink very quickly, hence the term Fast Sinking monofilament. Its high linear and knot strength, combined with its softness and absence of memory, enable the same long, smooth casts as with a high quality conventional line. L’objectif de nos ingénieurs était de combler le vide existant entre nos deux fils tant populaires : le CX Premium et le CXX X-tra Strong, en maintenant un prix raisonnable. La qualité la plus importante pour un pêcheur est caractérisée par la fluidité des lancers et le C21, grâce à sa souplesse, s’envole littéralement du moulinet car il est virtuellement sans mémoire. F - EXTRUSION - Pour les problèmes d’enregistrement le nom Extrusion est utilisé uniquement sur le marché européen, dans reste du monde le nom utilisé est Evolution. Extrusion est le résultat de plusieurs années de recherche par une équipe de grands pêcheurs et d’une équipe d’ingénieurs de pointe. Extrusion a été obtenu en mélangeant trois différents types de nylon par un processus spécial d’extrusion en ajoutant ensuite un adjuvant pour la résistance à l’abrasion. P-Line a donné vie à ce qui représente le copolymère technologiquement plus avancé dans le monde de la pêche. Il a été ordonné aux ingénieurs de construire un fil sensible, avec une extraordinaire résistance aux abrasions, un niveau d’élasticité très réduit et une surface externe sans impuretés pour favoriser le glissement dans les lancers sans évidemment oublier la charge de rupture. Cet adjuvant spécial contre l’abrasion permet à P-Line Extrusion de ne pas s’attacher aux rochers, aux moules, aux roseaux, aux branches etc…, ce qui représente des facteurs ravageurs pour les fils traditionnels. L’allongement réduit de Extrusion (environ 40% en moins par rapports aux fils traditionnels), permet d’obtenir un contact encore plus direct avec le poisson, en augmentant la sensibilité du pêcheur et en limitant au minimum le temps de réaction dans l’effort et en augmentant par conséquent le nombre de captures.

Die Entstehung von Extrusion ist auf die Vermischung von drei unterschiedlichen Arten von Nylon unter Einsatz eines besonderen Extrusionsverfahrens und einer nachfolgenden Zugabe eines Zusatzstoffes für die Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Abrieb zurückzuführen. Mit P-Line entstand das technologisch fortschrittlichste Kopolymerisat in der Fischereiwelt. Die den Ingenieuren gestellte Aufgabe war die Schaffung einer empfindlichen Schnur mit einer außergewöhnlichen Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen den Abrieb verbunden mit einer extrem geringen Dehnung und einer äußeren Oberfläche ohne jede Art von Unreinheit zur Gewährleistung einer hohen Gleitfähigkeit beim Auswurf, ohne jedoch die Reißlast zu vernachlässigen. Der besondere Zusatzstoff gegen den Abrieb trägt dazu bei, dass P-Line Extrusion nicht von den Feinden der herkömmlichen Schnuren wie Klippen, Miesmuscheln, Schilf, Ästen, usw. beschädigt werden kann. Extrusion è stato ottenuto mescolando tre diversi tipi di nylon con un processo speciale di estrusione, aggiungendo poi un additivo per la resistenza all’abrasione. P-Line ha dato vita a quello che è il copolimero tecnologicamente più avanzato nel mondo della pesca. L’ordine impartito agli ingegneri era quello di costruire un filo sensibile, con una straordinaria resistenza alle abrasioni, unita ad un livello di elasticità ridottissimo e a una superficie esterna priva di impurità, così da favorire la scorrevolezza nei lanci senza, ovviamente, tralasciare il carico di rottura. Lo speciale additivo contro l’abrasione fa sì che P-Line Extrusion, sia inattaccabile da rocce, cozze, canne, rami ecc…, fattori che si rilevano devastanti per i tradizionali fili. Aufgrund der großen Auswahl von Durchmessern und der Färbungen Moosgrün und gelb wird Spectrex IV für alle Fischereitechniken eingesetzt.

GB - SPECTREX is a braid comprising of pure Spectra fiber. Each carrier comprises 60 strands braided into a single line made up of 240 strands. The line is cross-linked with the colour in such a way as to ensure colour stability, and a resin is then applied to increase the strength of the braid and make it waterrepellent. F - HYDROFLOAT est un fil réalisé avec des fibres Spectra et avec un revêtement thermocollé flottant. Bien que Hydrofloat soit utilisé pour différentes applications, avec un moulinet à bobine fixe ou tournante, il a été spécialement conçu pour le Float Fishing (flotteur), pour la pêche de saumons et d’autres espèces de poissons. La capacité du flottement de Hydrofloat laisse aux pêcheurs la possibilité de contrôler le fil y compris à grande distance. Contrairement à la plus grande partie des fils tressés, le revêtement spécial élimine complètement les emmêlements, car il est complètement dépourvu d’élasticité. La charge de rupture élevée est évidemment un facteur à ne pas sous-estimer.

Entgegen den meisten geflochtenen Angelschnüren wird durch den speziellen Überzug, der völlig unelastisch ist, das Auftreten von Verwirrungen vollständig verhindert. Natürlich ist auch die hohe Reißlast nicht zu unterschätzen.

Se bene Hydrofloat possa essere utilizzato in varie applicazioni sia con mulinello a bobina fissa che ruotante è stato progettato appositamente per il Float Fishing sia per salmoni che per altre specie di pesci. La capacità di galleggiamento di Hydrofloat permette ai pescatori di poter controllare il filo anche a grandi distanze. Diversamente dalla maggior parte dei fili trecciati la speciale copertura elimina copletamente gli imparruccamenti. Essendo completamente privo di elasticità. Ovviamente da non sottovalutare l’elevato carico di rottura.
