O’Driscoll also worked from 1996-98 as an assistant coach at Manhattan College under John Leonard. The Philadelphia native began his coaching career in 1994 at Villanova, where, as the administrative assistant, he helped the Wildcats earn consecutive top-10 final national rankings, and a No. 3 seed in both the 1995 and 1996 NCAA tournaments.
