Philanthropy In the spirit of community and driven by a desire to make a difference, the staff of The Legian created Team 8, a social committee that raises money and organizes charity projects. The group has already provided water access to the school and surrounding community, stationery supplies, uniforms and sandals to children, provided scholarships to secondary school students and plans to make other improvements including increasing the scholarship program to incorporate more students and guarantee continuing education.

Location
With the refreshing Indian Ocean just steps away, water sports are a preferred pastime. Grab a boogie board and hit the waves. Cycle through traditional Balinese villages or hop on a horse and gallop along the beach at sunset or explore lush rice terraces. There’s also shuttle service four times daily to Kuta. Excursions to area sights, including Uluwatu Temple, Goa Gajah elephant cave and Mount Batur volcano, can be arranged by the concierge.
The Legian Bali is located on Bali’s southwestern coast in the district of Seminyak, a 30-minute drive north from Ngurah Rai International Airport, which services direct flights from many international cities.
