2014 johnson county community college baseball guide
Perfect Game Mike Beal (pictured) finished the 1983 season with a perfect pitching record of 9-0. He also pitched a perfect game at Fort Scott in the subregional tournament. Beal struck out 13 of 18 batters in that game. His fastball was clocked at 87 mph that day by a scout from the Cincinnati Reds. Beal would be named to both the District and Regioal All-Star Teams.
