SALSA LINE DANCING NEW Tuesdays, Feb 19 – March 19, 7:30– 8:30 p.m. Led by Salomon Rivera, the only 3-time World Salsa Champion. Salomon makes Salsa dancing fun and easy. Learn new dances and burn calories. No partner needed. JCC Members $60, Public $75 SHALL WE DANCE? LEARN A NEW DANCE EACH MONTH Thursdays, 7–8:30 p.m., • March 7-April 14: Waltz • April 11-May 2: Tango Learn classic dance steps to contemporary music to dance at parties, weddings and cruises. FREE Group Low Impact Fitness Classes LOW IMPACT WATER AEROBICS Mondays & Thursdays, 9-10 a.m., Saturdays, 9:30-10:30 a.m. Increase your strength, flexibility and aerobic conditioning through water exercises without putting stress on your joints and muscles in this low impact class geared for people with arthritis or osteoporosis. JCC Fitness Members only: No charge MELT Mondays, 10:30–11:30 a.m., Thursdays, 9-10 a.m. Ongoing. MELT Method system to improve flexibility, mobility, posture and reduce aches, pains, tension and stress. Conference Room A&B.
