Waggoner’s innate sensibilities coupled with a degree in art history, tenure at both the New York Museum of Modern Art, the Dallas Museum of Art, and extensive world travel provide inspiration for her timeless style. All rugs are GoodWeave certified to ensure no child labor. The GoodWeave certification program works to end exploitative child labor in the South Asian carpet industry by inspecting weaving looms and providing rehabilitation and education for former child weavers and other at-risk children. Jane Waggoner uses the collection as an opportunity to better the lives of children, donating 10% of net proceeds to children’s charities.
