Applied Mathematics (Pre-Engineering) The engineering degree programs are offered in association with North Dakota State University (Fargo), South Dakota State University (Brookings), and the University of North Dakota (Grand Forks). Programs with other institutions may be arranged on an individual basis. In the 3‑2 program, students receive a B.A. or B.S. degree in applied mathematics from Jamestown College and a B.S. degree in engineering from the associated university. This program has been highly successful in placing students in engineering programs and in postgraduate careers. A four-year option is also available for students interested in remaining at Jamestown College for a fourth year. This option may include a concentration in the liberal arts business major or other appropriate fields of study. Requirements for the Applied Mathematics (Pre-Engineering) Major Dept. Chem Chem Math
