General Instructions For Routing Stainless Steel Run Machine @ 4000 Rpm Feed @ 2-3 mm/sec Plunge @ 1/2 of feed rate Ensure the cutter is all the way through the material before you start traversing. Use a sacrificial bed of foamex. Glue your stainless steel workpiece to the foamex, you will then remove the foamex when the job is complete. (Spray carpet glue is ideal) It is imperative that your material is rigid and firmly stuck down. Use plenty of coolant.
