The first Isle of Man Stamp News of 2013 features the Lewis Chessmen on the cover, (we think the first time they have appeared on postage stamps). Stamp issues included inside are tributes to the Isle of Man Constabulary in their 150th anniversary year and the IOM Fire & Rescue service. A Celebration of Coronation Commemoratives set marks the 60th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's own Coronation. Also of interest are two special London 2012 Olympic Games autographed items designed by Sir Paul Smith: the Team GB track cycling team Gold Medal Winners Sheet in an edition of 100; and Sir Paul Smith's autographed special hardback book in an edition of just 50. World Champion motorcyclist David Knight also appears with his IOM Treasury coin and tyre product.
