Husband: My wife’s name is Fortunée Mushimiyimana, and my name is Emmanuel Nyabyenda. One day during a conversation, we were discussing the spacing between the births of our children and noticed that the difference in age was very small. We realized that this did not honor us, and it is rather unpleasant to bring a child into this world without being able to bring him or her up properly. Furthermore, there was another problem, namely disagreement with regard to the conjugal act. After the birth of our first child, our sexual relationship was never smooth. My wife was always afraid of becoming pregnant. She felt frustrated. She will have the opportunity to tell you about it. That is why we decided to seek family planning services. We went to see the Action Familiale educator (who is also our neighbor) as we already knew that she taught natural family planning methods. Out of the methods she presented to us, we selected the Standard Days Method (SDM). After asking us several questions, she confirmed that
