Beginning at 6:30 p.m., a live auction will be held in conjunction with the dinner, and will feature the Kim Penner Equine Art’s “Moment in Time” print of Hickstead signed by Canadian Olympic Champion and JustWorld Rider Ambassador, Eric Lamaze. The final JustWorld International fundraising event, the Horseless Speed Derby, will take place on Thursday, July 26 at the competition grounds. Highly entertaining, grand prix riders will race each other over a challenging mini-jump course, cheered on by the encouraging crowd. Prizes for competitors will be donated by Ogilvy Equestrian and Parc Équestre Olympique International Bromont. The crowd will also have the chance to place bets on their favorite riders and be entered into a drawing for prizes based on the outcome of the race.
