THERMOSET MOULDING
Benefits of thermosets: • Very high mechanical properties, even at high temperatures, • Combination of thick and thin wall sections, • Hybrid parts, easy process for insert-moulding or overmoulding metal parts.
We can choose between: • Compression Moulding • Transfer moulding • Injection moulding to provide the best quality and price level.

VALVE UPGRADING • Modified PEEK (BG4330) valve seats to reduce the friction coefficient at raised temperatures. • PEEK seats with PTFE back ring to avoid leakage over the surface roughness on the back side of the seat. • PCTFE seats for cryogenic applications. • UHMWPE for extreme wear resistance. • Don’t copy your PTFE seats, we will make you an optimized design.
