*Discussion of six whistleblower investigations of corruption in the OSHA Program over the period from Augusts 2010 to November 2014.
* Whistleblowers in these cases were terminated.
*The investigations represent a cross-section of cases that arose from complaints based on statutes adopted after the passage of the original Act (1970).
* Lack of Program leadership and the character of OSHA organizations that permits an anarchy of management that allows senior OSHA administrators to act with impunity and disregard for the Program.
* Lack of leadership in the Department of Labor, and particularly in the DOL’s Office of the Solicitor.
